Honey Roll & Remove Addition Game

Make addition practice buzz with excitement using this Honey Roll & Remove Game—a hands-on, high-engagement activity that strengthens early addition skills through dice rolling, number recognition, and playful game strategy!

Students line up the bees beneath the numbered beehives. They then take turns rolling two dice, adding the dots, and finding the beehive with the matching sum. When they find the correct number, they remove one bee from underneath that beehive.

Play continues until all the bees have been collected! Students love resetting the game and playing again, making this an excellent open-ended math center that encourages repeated addition practice while building fluency.
